Project Information

• 20-unit block consisting of 3+1 BR and 4+1 BR Townhouses. Variations developed for adjacent blocks withing community.

• Townhouses ranging from 1,775 - 1,940 square feet (165-180 square meters)

• Client : Nshama (subsidiary of EMAAR)

• Status : re-positioning study

STARQ was approached to conduct a re-positioning study of a series of Town Homes to increase their appeal to the target demographic of the development - first time home buyers. Consisting largely of professionals, entrepreneurs and young families, this demographic is trendy, young, multicultural and globally connected.

In response to the buyers’ aspiration for authenticity, community and individual expression, we thoughtfully developed a community-wide design solution adapting to previously developed floor plans.

The result was a series of crisp and contemporary Townhouses with a fresh and youthful aura, open, welcoming and family-friendly, yet simple in form. Various optional enhancement packages were created to foster a canvas for self expression.
