LOT 16 is a new world class waterfront destination that redefines waterfront living, working, entertainment and leisure in Penang.

The master plan celebrates the significance of historic and modern-day Penang as a gem of the Malaysian Peninsula and an attractor of tourists, residents, businesses and industries.

With its diverse mix of uses tailored to appeal to a multi-generational audience, LOT 16 converges living, learning and discovery to yield a holistic and enlightened lifestyle for its residents across the spectrum of Families, Millennials, and established Executives.

The development is physically and visually connected to Georgetown through vehicular and marine networks, pedestrian bridge connections and view corridors between iconic Gurney Drive, the stunning mountains of Georgetown and the striking visual character of Lot 16.

Through vibrant cultural and entertainment programming, an array of F&B and retail offerings, a network of promenades, shaded courtyards, lagoons, beaches and ecologically sensitive design throughout,  this Signature Development within “park-on-the-sea” Gurney Wharf becomes an intrinsic part and a highlight of the Gurney Bay experience.
